These terms govern the commercial relationship between PRX Autos and the company that registers an account on the platform. By creating a company account you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.
Company and ownership
PRX Autos is a company under TOBC. The platform was developed by TOBC Tech, a division of TOBC, and PRX Autos operates using commercial information provided by TOBC.
1. What PRX Autos provides
PRX Autos operates marketplace infrastructure for professional vehicle traders: company profiles and verification, vehicle inventory, Buying Requests, offers, reservations, deal records and related services. PRX Autos does not own, buy, sell or resell vehicles, is not a party to any vehicle purchase contract, does not settle vehicle transactions and does not provide transport, customs, brokerage or financial services.
2. Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate company information and keep it up to date. Verification levels reflect documents submitted by the company and checks performed by PRX Autos at the time of review; they are not a guarantee of solvency, performance or legal compliance. PRX Autos may request further documents, downgrade or suspend a verification level.
3. Fees
Online purchase of platform memberships, listing fees and promoted placements is not available on this site. Contact PRX Autos for current commercial terms.
4. Payments
The site does not currently collect card payments for platform services. Vehicle payments are arranged directly between the trading parties.
5. Trading between users
Vehicle purchase contracts are concluded directly between buyer and seller. Registration, VAT, customs duties, taxes, sanctions screening, inspection, insurance, transport and payment terms are the sole responsibility of the trading parties. PRX Autos gives no warranty of payment, delivery, vehicle condition, title or legality.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRX Autos is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or data. PRX Autos's total aggregate liability per claim is limited to the platform fees paid by your company in the twelve months before the event. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Suspension and termination
PRX Autos may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, sanctions exposure, or misuse of the platform. You may close your account at any time; accrued fees remain payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the competent courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or local law protections that may apply.
