Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, business email, password credentials handled by our auth provider.
• Company data: legal name, registration and VAT identifiers, addresses, activities.
• Verification documents you upload for company verification.
• Marketplace content: vehicle listings, buying requests, offers, reservations and messages.
• Public seller data: listing photos, city, optional publicly displayed phone number, and contact inquiries.
• Historical billing data, where applicable: plan, invoices and payment status. We do not store card details.
• Technical data: log data, IP address, device and browser information.
• Optional analytics data, only after you accept analytics: visitor and session IDs, page routes, clicks on buttons or links and their labels or types, event times, device category and viewport size, browser language and timezone, referring page, campaign parameters, and your account ID when you are signed in. Analytics does not collect form contents, precise location, age or gender.

2. Why we use it

To create and secure accounts, verify companies, operate marketplace features, retain historical payment records where required, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations. If you consent to analytics, we also use those events to understand how visitors use the public marketplace and improve its pages and features.

3. Legal bases

Performance of a contract (providing the platform), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service improvement), legal obligation (accounting, tax) and consent where required, including optional analytics or marketing email. You can use the cookie preferences to withdraw analytics consent at any time.

4. Sharing

Company profiles, listings and requests are visible to other platform users as designed by the product. Public car listings show the city and, only if the seller chooses, a phone number. A buyer's confirmed email address is shared with the seller when the buyer sends an inquiry so the seller can reply. Historical trade terms are retained with restricted access. We also use service providers acting on our instructions, including hosting and database infrastructure and authentication. Historical transactions may also involve a payment provider. PRX Autos is a company under TOBC and its platform was developed by TOBC Tech, a division of TOBC; group entities may process data on our behalf for platform operation and support.

5. International transfers

Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention

Account and company records are kept while the account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Verification documents are deleted when they are no longer needed for the verification level held. Turning analytics off clears the analytics visitor and session IDs stored in your browser and stops new analytics events. It does not automatically erase events already sent to us. This policy does not currently specify a fixed retention period for those events; contact office@prx.autos to ask about retention or request deletion.

Prețuri finale raportate

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing. You can also withdraw consent at any time and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Withdraw analytics consent through the cookie preferences. Contact office@prx.autos to exercise your other rights or request deletion of earlier analytics events.

8. Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transport and row-level database authorisation so companies can only reach their own confidential records. No online service can be guaranteed fully secure; report suspected issues to office@prx.autos.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect.
